What is an online coach?

An online coach is someone who plans your health for you. To put it simply, I tailor every aspect of your program to your OWN INDIVIDUAL needs.
For example, a 30 year old competitor would have a very different plan to that of a 60 year old office worker. You will still progress and have the right amount of support you need, yet the program will cater for your own unique goals.

You would have learned through looking through my website that my approach is holistic. This means that I do not just prescribe you a program and then leave you to your own devices!
We get to know each other through your initial client form, your check ins and through the process.
This means that your plan will constantly change and adapt to your progress, individuality and your feedback!

What I'll offer you as your online personal trainer

I will set you WORKOUTS, accessible through your own app portal. We take into consideration; 

Whether you train at home or in a gym or even outside. 

The frequency and duration.

Your goals and the TIMEFRAME you want to work with

Injuries, weaknesses, imbalances

Strengths, likes and favourites

Your experience and confidence

I will set you a NUTRITION plan, accessible through your own app portal. We will take into account;

  • Your dietary preferences, conditions, allergies, likes & dislikes
  • Your schedule- how convenient we need to make it!
  • Your activity level and requirement of energy
  • Your body type- Macronutrient profiling
  • Your goals

Just like buying a new pair of jeans, we may have to try a few or adjust them slightly to fit you and suit you!

My biggest asset other than my glutes (laughing to myself) is my unique holistic approach to your plan. I want you to succeed even more than you do! It is my ingrained passion to accommodate you to a healthier happier version of yourself! This is why my support and guidance are personal to you. We will work closely together to exchange information and feedback to ensure your journey runs as smoothly as possible.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • You will download the app and generate your own log in details
  • You will then make payment for your first month either through Paypal or Stripe
  • You will then go ahead with starting your plan, directly messaging me In-app
  • The easy to use App will give you everything you need with simple instructions on how to start a workout or what to eat
  • You will check in with me once a week to discuss the previous week; we will talk about progress, issues, desires etc
  • You will be reminded that your month is due to finish and the new month is upcoming. You can either stay on board or cancel at any time!
